Our Services

We offer professional services to our customers and are committed to dispatching and delivering orders on time. We have the capacity to supply any quantity of surgical products according to our customers’ needs and requirements at any given time.

Packing & Shipping

Packaging is provided as per customer requirements (Leather Case, Polybag, Blister Card, Display Box, etc.).

For shipping, we use express courier services such as DHL, FedEx, DPD, DPEX, TCS, etc., as well as cargo services. The shipping method depends on the customer’s choice.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 3-year warranty on our products. The company will replace any product if a manufacturing defect is found.

This warranty is void if the product is abused, altered, modified, or not used for its intended purpose.
